Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, we will confirm appointments by email and text. If you cannot keep your reservation, please notify the office at least 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If we are not notified about any change, a broken appointment fee of $85 will be applied.

We will gladly process your claim, but we request that you pay your estimated portion when services are rendered.
